Users

Sensedia Access Control user management screen

The Users screen of Sensedia Access Control shows all users of Sensedia products.

It lists registered users and allows you to search, register new users, and access a user to edit, deactivate/activate, and assign teams and roles.

Click the links below for more information on how to:

User list

The user list displays:

  • USERNAME: username;
  • EMAIL: email that is used as access credential along with personal password;
  • NAME: user name entered during registration when activating the account;
  • STATUS: user status, which can be active, inactive, or pending activation;
  • ACTION: icon to access the user and perform actions such as edit, deactivate/activate, assign teams and roles.

Search field

Above the list of existing users, there is a search field (Keywords). In it you can use keywords to search for specific users.

The field accepts word compositions (such as first and last name) and word fragments (such as an email domain, for example) to filter users.
