The Flexible Actions FAQ page is constantly being updated. If you have a question you believe should be included here, you can submit it on our Product Board.
Configuration is done by filling in the "HTTP Response Status" field in step 2 when editing or creating a Runtime Alert.
You can:
- Enter a specific code (e.g., 504) or a code family (e.g., 5xx).
- Add multiple code families (for example, 5xx, 4xx), specific codes (like 401, 403), or a combination of both.
Keep in mind:
- If you add an entire code family, it will take precedence over individual codes (for example, 5xx will be considered instead of 504).
- The code must be between 100 and 599 or in the format 1xx, 2xx, 3xx, 4xx, 5xx.
Runtime Alert monitors the behavior of your APIs. When the event you specify occurs (e.g., return of certain HTTP codes), an alert will be triggered.
Alerts can be sent by email, Slack, WhatsApp, Teams, or by the application you configure (an HTTP POST request is sent to the endpoint you specify).
